A one-day experience for a senior team, held in a working sculptor's studio. Six to ten people. The morning is about attention. The afternoon is about carving that attention into stone.
Every participant leaves with a hand-sized stone on their desk — a physical reminder of their own decision.

How the day unfolds
Arrival & coffee
The team gathers in the studio for a short briefing and an overview of the day.
Attention: the morning session
A facilitated conversation on focus, awareness, recovery and healthy detachment. Each person names one thing they are choosing to hold their attention on for the coming quarter.
Served lunch
Time to eat together and reflect in the studio space.
Carve the commitment
Each person carves their chosen commitment into a hand-sized stone they will take home the same day.
Close
Everyone leaves with their finished stone and a clear, physical reminder of their decision.
