Hear the Calling
Find that which you naturally love. What draws you? What gives you energy, curiosity, enthusiasm and joy? That attraction is the beginning. You hear it, trust it, and begin moving towards it.
Remove the Barriers
Then you meet everything within you that prevents you from fully following it: fear, comparison, the need for validation, concern about what others think, old conditioning and experiences that have lodged themselves within you. The work is to see those barriers clearly, understand their origin, and become free of them.
Master the Calling
Once you know what you love, you devote yourself to it. You remove distraction. You develop focus. You practise. You refine. You give yourself to it over years. What began as a natural love becomes mastery. And mastery isn't really the destination. It's the deepening.
